We are trying our best to get your orders delivered to you on time. However, there may be possible delays for delivery services that are beyond our control. (restrictions x pandemic)

Orders over $ 99 qualify for free standard shipping within CANADA.

Shipping delays: Please note that it may take between x and x business days for your order to be received.
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered business days for order processing.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or phone.
Longer transit times may apply to destinations outside of Canada.
For international destinations, "Mini Props" is not responsible for customs clearance or customs duties, taxes or any additional charges that may be applied at the destination.

- When will my order be shipped?
Standard shipping orders take x to x business days to process and ship. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. When choosing the shipping method, please take these days into account. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

- How long will it take for my order to arrive?

- How do I track my order?

- What are the shipping costs for returns?
The expenses derived from the return of a delivered order are the responsibility of the customer. You can do this through a traceable carrier of your choice.

- Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Canada.
